Our Work Speaks

Each project tells a story of collaboration, innovation, and our commitment to creating spaces that actually work with nature instead of fighting against it. We've learned that the best buildings are the ones that feel like they've always belonged there.

A family home that's basically a passive house without the pretentiousness. We used geothermal heating and a ton of reclaimed timber from old barns. The kids actually use the solar-powered treehouse more than we expected.

Building near the ocean means respecting it. We elevated the structure for flood resilience, used corrosion-resistant materials, and designed overhangs that handle our crazy rain while still catching passive solar. The whole place is basically designed around that ocean breeze.

Mixed-use development right on the SkyTrain line. We packed in housing, retail, and green space without making it feel cramped. The pedestrian-first design means most residents don't even need a car. Bike storage was actually our biggest challenge space-wise.

A yoga and wellness space where every material choice supports health. We used clay plasters that regulate humidity, bamboo flooring that's warm underfoot, and created lighting that actually helps people relax. Even the paint was carefully selected to avoid off-gassing.

Co-working spaces can be soul-crushing or inspiring - we went for the latter. Lots of plants (real ones, not plastic), acoustic pods for calls, and different zones for different work styles. The compostable coffee cups were the client's idea and we
